The Christmas season is just around the corner - a time to reflect and decelerate, but also to be humble and grateful. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to our partners, customers and all those who accompanied us along the way, and to take a brief look back at the year 2022.
New team members and projects
2022, the first perceived post-pandemic year, brought many changes and innovations for us. For example, three new employees joined us in sales, product management and marketing: Max, Markus and Johanna. Max joined us in April and is responsible for product management and customer service. While he is working on his studies, he is responsible for new customer acquisition, device enrollment and customer needs analysis at IOTIQ - and in the last six months he has become a permanent part of our team.
Markus is one of our newest team members and supports us as a working student in project management. At the moment he is mostly helping Toni (Business and Software Development) and Sven (Management) - but in the future his work will mainly focus on Customer Support DE. Without exciting content, our future customers can't get to know us - that's why our other newcomer Johanna takes care of the high-quality blog articles that appear monthly on our blog. Her favorite article is 'Digital Wellbeing pt. 1 - How much 'digital' does us good?'.
In the course of our rebranding, which will reach its full potential next year, we also decided on a new slogan this year to describe us as precisely as possible to the outside world: 'Where Software Meets Service'. This should make it clear what we stand for: excellent software and even better, always reliable customer service.
This year, we were also able to take part in various projects and events and, in the course of this, finally take a look at the inside of one or the other ICE train or plane. Our project manager Elisabeth took part in the ITEA PO Days in Helsinki; Sven, Toni and Alex attended the MACHN festival in Leipzig's Westgarten and Toni, Sven and Saskia went to Nuremberg to visit the it-sa.
