Annual review 2024: A successful year for IOTIQ
The year 2024 is coming to an end and we at IOTIQ are looking back on an eventful and successful year full of exciting milestones and progress. With this blog article we want to give you an overview of the highlights of the past few months.
We start with January, where we moved to our new office. From Basislager, the Coworking space in the south of Leipzig, where we spent our last six years as a company, we traveled just a few hundred meters to Emilienstrasse. Our new, spacious office now offers plenty of space for processing our customer orders as well as for all colleagues. We are also happy to welcome customers in our bright and friendly entrance area.

In February IOTIQ was on the international stage in Barcelona. Our colleagues Özer, Bilge and Saskia represented IOTIQ at MWC in Barcelona, one of the most important events for startups and tech innovations. Thanks to our partnership with Mind4Machines, we had the opportunity to present our products MobiVisor and AutoWin at a stand this year.
We also celebrated the launch of MobiVisor Contacts in March, an additional extension of our MobiVisor family that allows you to improve your companies’ internal contact management. With MobiVisor Contacts you can enter all of your company’s contacts centrally via MDM and send them to the devices. Changes to contacts can also be implemented quickly and easily. In April, Tim attended a meeting for the EU Horizon Project CULTURATI in Istanbul, where he presented and discussed our commitment to innovative solutions in the tourism sector. The two-day trip took him, among other things, on a boat tour and to the Rahmi M. Koc Museum, where a prototype of the software was presented to the consortium. As a technology partner of CULTURATI, we are responsible for frontend and backend design and development.

Our new IOTIQ website finally went live in August! In the weeks and months beforehand, we worked on a strategic realignment of our product portfolio, which is now also reflected on our website. You can now get a better overview of our products, discover testimonials and find out about our hardware, software and consulting services.
A new product bundle from MobiVisor was also launched in the summer: “Workphone”. This is a product bundle specifically for the industry and service sectors. “Workphone” combines particularly robust devices from Crosscall with MobiVisor MDM and mobile communications – an all-round service for all industries!
September was a month full of events.
- IFA Berlin: Our managing director Sven visited IFA in Berlin to find out about the latest technology trends.
- ITEA PO Preparation Days in Antwerp: Tim, Bilge and Özer took part in this event to discover new project ideas and network with old and potential project partners.
- MEDCARE24: Saskia, Sven and Toni were there at this important event for the healthcare industry. Together with our partner, SYNO Group Consulting AG, we presented the product Carephone+ – the holistic solution for managing mobile devices in the care industry.
An innovation exchange took place in Finland in November. Tim represented IOTIQ at the InnoSale Meeting, where he presented our latest ideas and products and exchanged ideas with international partners.
The MobiVisor website also received some improvements and adjustments this year, e.g. a new homepage, new product pages and a revised pricing page. Have you already stopped by? Visit the MobiVisor website here.
There were also some innovations in the area of product development this year, especially numerous improvements to MobiVisor MDM and the MobiVisor apps. For example:
- Apple TV-Integration for MobiVisor
- Sharing from Gallery for MobiVisor Messaging
- Attach notes to files for MobiVisor Files
- Your own app password for Secure Exchange, our mail app, which also received other major updates.
And that’s not all: we already have a new app in the pipeline that will join our MobiVisor family in early 2025. Stay tuned!
